With the touch of a button, you can add e-mail accounts for your customers, access their files, backup their files, setup a shopping cart, and more.
Through panel interface you can add/remove FTP/Database accounts on a server, park or point domains, control bandwidth, disk space, and more. InterPole currently offer the following plans, which include unlimited domains, your own brand nameservers and unlimited email/Skype support.
How does billing / support work
When you sign-up for a reseller account with Interpole, we bill you for one year starting from that day. You can get started with hosting your clients on the account immediately.
You will bill your customers in your company name. Your customers enter in and engagement with your company, and not with Interpole. For support, your clients will contact you. In case you are unable to solve your customer’s query, you may in turn forward the query to us, and we will interact with you till the issue is resolved.
At no point in time will Interpole directly contact your client, unless you specifically request us to.
